DEK have developed DEK PRO XF water-based solvent especially for underscreen cleaners. Only a small amount is needed to reach an excellent cleaning result. DEK PRO XF also dries quickly. DEK PRO XF combines environmental advantages with quick stencil cleaning. It can also be used in other makes of screenprinters.
Cleaning rolls/wipes
DEK offers pre-saturated wipes specifically for electronics assembly applications that provide faster cleaning and improved productivity at the lowest possible cost. The range includes stencil clean wipes, adhesive remover wipes, IPA/DI wipes and hand cleaner wipes.
Underscreen Cleaning rolls
Regular, effective stencil cleaning is fundamental to maximising pre-placement yield. DEK's cleaning rolls have strong, absorbent, fabric with reduced lint which means that production does not need to be interrupted to exchange torn fabric rolls. Even small quantities of paste, adhesive or solvents are removed from the stencil underside, thus preventing bridging also in fine pitch applications.
