A support contract with Scanditron offers you preventive annual service on your production equipment, faster response times for our service engineers on breakdown and discount on spare parts.

Process support and process audits

Process support

In addition to technical support for our equipment we also offer our customers process support. Our engineers have built up a large knowledge base over the years and have helped many customers with new applications and optimising of their processes.  

Process audits

We are pleased to carry out process audits at our customers where we go through the whole SMD process from screen printing, through component placement to reflow. We check each process methodically - machine condition, material, parameters, etc and write a report which shows where the weaknesses are and what should be done to rectify them in order to optimise the process.
